At Resa, we take great pride in our clothing and stand by their quality. However, we understand that sometimes, a defect may occur. To ensure that we can assist you in such instances, we have implemented the following policy:
- Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Please choose your items carefully before making your purchase.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective items.
- To be eligible for a replacement, the defect must be reported within 24 hours after you receive the item. Please provide an unboxing video of the defect as proof* and mail us at reachresa@gmail.com.
- No queries without the proof of video will be entertained.
- The replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
- We reserve the right to refuse any replacement request if we believe that the defect is a result of misuse or intentional damage.
